This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a public offer from AMS Global Brand Management Limited (hereinafter "Seller") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "Buyer") who places an order through the website r2go.pro.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms full and unconditional acceptance of the terms set out in this Agreement.
The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, goods (nail products) available in the online store at r2go.pro at the prices listed on the website at the time of order.
An order is considered placed when the Buyer completes the checkout process on the website and receives an order confirmation email. The order confirmation constitutes the Seller's acceptance of the Buyer's offer to purchase.
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the price applicable at the time of order confirmation will not be changed after the order is accepted.
Payment must be made in full before the order is dispatched. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Shipping & Payment page.
The Seller will dispatch the order within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes, costs, and methods are described on the Shipping & Payment page. The risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Warranty & Returns policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
All goods sold by the Seller comply with applicable quality standards. The Seller warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of dispatch. The Seller's liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the purchase price.
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. The Seller's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant order.
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or disruptions to postal or courier services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if unresolved, through competent legal proceedings.
