Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
- The item is not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Items purchased during promotional or final-sale events (marked accordingly).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@r2go.pro with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at info@r2go.pro within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
